By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform connects landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers of property located in Malta. Access to certain features (such as listing or messaging) requires account registration and identity verification.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information.
Not misuse the Platform or submit fraudulent data or listings.
That we may monitor messages for compliance, security, and quality purposes as described in our Privacy Policy
Comply with all applicable Maltese laws and regulations.
Public Listing Promotion
Your property listing is publicly visible on the Platform. By using the Platform, you authorize us to share excerpts of your public listing (such as property description, features, images, price, and general location) on our social media channels solely to promote the Platform and your property. We will not share your personal contact information or non-public data in these promotions.
The Platform is exclusively for private individuals acting as landlords, tenants, buyers, or sellers of property in Malta. Licensed real estate agents, property brokers, consultants (as defined under Maltese law), or any persons/companies earning agent commissions or fees for property transactions are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity, including creating accounts, listing properties, messaging users, or facilitating deals.
You represent and warrant that you are not a licensed agent or acting on behalf of one. Misrepresenting your status (e.g., posing as a private user) constitutes fraud and misuse of the Platform.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban. No refunds or appeals will be provided for prohibited users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
You may be requested to upload documents proving ownership or authorization to list a property. Providing such documentation is optional but may be required to verify listings.
We make every effort to maintain a secure, reliable, and functional Platform.
However, we provide the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and make no warranty as to uninterrupted service or complete security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTO Solutions Ltd.:
Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data breaches, system failure, or unauthorized access.
Disclaims responsibility for user-generated content (property listings, messages, uploaded files, etc.).
Users agree to indemnify and hold GTO Solutions Ltd., its directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform, submission of false information, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
