By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform connects landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers of property located in Malta. Access to certain features (such as listing or messaging) requires account registration and identity verification.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information.
Not misuse the Platform or submit fraudulent data or listings.
Comply with all applicable Maltese laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
You may be requested to upload documents proving ownership or authorization to list a property. Providing such documentation is optional but may be required to verify listings.
We make every effort to maintain a secure, reliable, and functional Platform.
However, we provide the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and make no warranty as to uninterrupted service or complete security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTO Solutions Ltd.:
Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data breaches, system failure, or unauthorized access.
Disclaims responsibility for user-generated content (property listings, messages, uploaded files, etc.).
Users agree to indemnify and hold GTO Solutions Ltd., its directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform, submission of false information, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
